Build a Ministry Action Plan (MAP). Each ministry needs a MAP describing how the ministry will work. It’s a place to capture and communicate goals, events and structure.
Communication Plan:
Commuication is key in helping people get involved. There are two critical parts to a good communication plan.
Internal communication is for our church.
Tell people "Why" you’re starting the new ministry and how it will impact people. Keep people informed, updated, engaged, and build relationships.
External communication is for the community.
Informed and engage people into next steps (action).

Evaluate and improve once you launch the new ministry. Prepare to evaluate, improve and make necessary changes. Don’t wait until something breaks to evaluate. Be proactive, write down lessons you’ve learned and talk about changes that can help your new ministry go to the next level.
